Delivery Areas

Our delivery service is divided into:

Express Delivery

• Service within 2 hours after email confirmation
• Available only in Bangkok Metropolitan Area and vicinity (Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani, Samut Prakan)
• Select your preferred delivery date and time
• Delivery fees start at 100 Baht (calculated by distance)
• Delivery by well-trained staff using environmentally friendly electric vehicles (EV)

Standard Delivery

• Delivery through our partner courier service (NimExpress)
• Bangkok and surrounding areas: 1-2 days
• Other provinces: 3-4 days
• Shipping costs calculated by weight, box size, and destination
• For Fresh Baskets outside Bangkok, there is an additional 300 Baht fee for cold delivery

Store Pickup

Customers can pick up products at BASKETEER's office at no additional cost.

Delivery Timeframes

BASKETEER flower shop pays close attention to punctual delivery because we understand that delivering flowers at the right time for the occasion is part of creating a great impression.

Our delivery service schedule is as follows:

• Special Express Delivery within 2 hours in Bangkok and surrounding areas
• Same Day Delivery for orders confirmed before the deadline (please contact our staff)
• Scheduled Delivery customers can specify their preferred delivery time

BASKETEER flower shop delivers every day from Monday to Sunday, starting from 07:00 am with the following conditions:

• Customers requiring Sunday delivery must order by Saturday before 15:00
• Deliveries after 20:00 incur an additional 50 Baht service fee
