Refund

Refund

Refunds are available only in cases where the issue is caused by Basketeer — such as a manufacturing or delivery error.
• The product is damaged during delivery
• You receive the wrong item or an unavailable substitute without prior notice
• If you choose to exchange for a higher-value item, the price difference must be paid
• Customers must keep the damaged or faulty item as evidence for verification or return if requested

• Within 4 hours for fresh items (e.g. fruit, flowers, cakes)
• Within 24 hours for dry or non-perishable items

Please include clear evidence such as photos of the product, receipt, and order details when submitting a request.

Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days via the same payment method used during checkout (e.g. credit card, bank transfer, PromptPay).

Basketeer reserves the right to decline refunds in the following cases (if not due to our error):
• Fresh fruit baskets
• Fresh flowers
• Cakes or other perishable items
• Customised or personalised products
• Products that are not faulty or damaged as claimed
• Products that are in perfect condition with no fault from Basketeer
• Requests made after the allowed time frame
• Special orders or made-to-order gifts

As our products include fresh and customised items, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds unless the issue is caused by us.

If you wish to cancel an order, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. Refunds are not available for cancellations made within 24 hours. However, the full amount can be saved as store credit for use in your next purchase.

If you pay via bank transfer or PromptPay, please send us proof of payment (such as a slip or screenshot) via Line or email so we can confirm your order quickly. If you pay by credit card or PayPal, no additional confirmation is needed — the system will process it automatically.

Yes, of course! You can easily make payments via your mobile banking app, PromptPay, or the PayPal app — anytime, anywhere.

Yes. If you require a receipt or tax invoice, please provide your company details during checkout or inform our team directly — we'll be happy to arrange it for you.

We offer 2 delivery options:

Express Delivery (within 2 hours):
• Available in Bangkok and nearby areas: Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani, and Samut Prakan.

Standard Delivery (via DHL):
• Bangkok & surrounding areas: 1–2 business days
• Upcountry / Other provinces: 2–3 business days

Express Delivery (within 2 hours):
• You can track your delivery in real time via a tracking link provided by our team.

Standard Delivery (DHL):
• You will receive a tracking number or notification via email or Line.
• Use the tracking number to check delivery status directly on the DHL website.

We offer delivery every day, Monday to Sunday, starting from 07:00 onwards.

Bangkok & surrounding areas:
• Delivery fees are based on distance.
• Free delivery available for orders that meet our minimum purchase conditions.

Other provinces:
• Delivery fees follow the rates of the courier company we use.
• You can check with our team before confirming your order.

If your item arrives damaged or in poor condition, please notify our team within:
• 4 hours for fresh products (e.g. fruit, flowers, cakes)
• 24 hours for dry or non-perishable products

Please include photos of the item as evidence so we can review and arrange a replacement or refund according to our policy.

For express same-day delivery (within 2 hours), please contact our team in advance to check delivery availability.

Absolutely! We offer customisable gift baskets based on your budget and preferences.

You can choose your own items, add a brand logo, or include a personalised card (great for corporate gifts too).

No minimum order for individual customers.

For bulk or corporate orders, please contact our team for special terms and assistance.

After completing your order and payment, please send us proof of payment (if required) via Line or email.

Our team will confirm your order and update you on the delivery status.

Yes, you can cancel your order if you notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.

Please note: We do not offer refunds, but the full amount can be saved as credit for your next purchase.

Please include your full name, phone number, order number, and the reason for cancellation so our team can assist you quickly.

If the cancellation is after the 24-hour cut-off, we're unable to provide a refund.

However, the amount can still be kept as store credit for your future orders.

For orders that include customised or made-to-order items (e.g. cakes, balloons, floral arrangements, logo branding, or personalised cards), we're unable to cancel or refund, as these products are prepared specifically for your request.
